Overall good evaluation and research was done.

This is a case of chronic heart failure. causes were mentioned and all the possible reasons for heart failure were also given. reasons for vascular complications were also explained.

Use of diuretics and how it led to acidosis was mentioned. overall it was a good review and all the required points were presented.

Due to this pandemic attending clinical lectures became very difficult for us. I thank  general medicine department for helping us cope with this situation.

I have not gotten a chance to make my case report yet but we have been actively involved in every case discussion in the group. This gives us chance to understand about the ongoing cases in the hospital and also gives us an idea about how to communicate with the patient
